Shipping Policy

Once your order is placed, we will ship the product within 2 business days. We will try our best to protect the package but some minor cosmetic damage may occur to the outer box during shipping, it does not affect the goods in any way. 

The expected time of arrival is 5-15 business days.

You will always receive an email once your order is processed as well as a tracking number.

Changes to Orders
Once an order is placed, we cannot add, remove, or change any items/addresses in the order.

Incorrect Addresses
In the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly when an order is placed, we assume no responsibility and cannot ship out a replacement package or refund these orders.

If you realize that you submitted an incorrect address at the time of your order, please email us through our Contact Us page to notify us immediately. We can only correct the address if the order has not been shipped out yet.

We deliver to most of Ontario (ON), British Columbia (BC), Alberta (AB), Manitoba (MB), New Brunswick (NB), Nova Scotia (NS), Saskatchewan (SK), Yukon (YT), Northwest Territories (NT), Newfoundland and Labrador (NL) and Prince Edward Island (P.E.I), except Nunavut (NU).

*Postal codes start with X0E, X0C, X0B, X0A, A0P, A0K, Y0B are currently not covered
